A New approach

SITREP

Strategies, Interventions , Treatments, & Recovery Enhancements for PTSD

SITREP is a Nonprofit Organization serving as a platform for the enhancements of PTSD intervention.

Beginning in January 2025 and concluding in June 2025, SITREP completed its first clinical trial where over 50 individuals engaged in a unique therapeutic intervention program designed, implemented, and led by SITREP’s founder, Zachary Kuster. The purpose of this clinical trial was to collect data in an effort to evaluate and substantiate the effectiveness of the program and I am pleased to announce that this was an overwhelming success!

For the next 2 months, Zach will be working on the completion of his Doctorate, where he will be preparing the results of the program to present as a part of his final dissertation defense and to support further publication.

As Zach’s initial research has shown such success, plans are in motion to transition efforts from research to standardized therapeutic intervention. This includes formal outreach to academic committees, research boards, and potential funding platforms. In addition, collaborative efforts are being planned to engage with broader healthcare departments and other mental health organizations for the purpose of expansion and to broaden the potential for adoption of this program on a much larger scale.

During this time, monetary donations are the most impactful way to support our mission.

All donations contribute directly to the advancement and sustainability of the program.
